Cornerstone Building Brands  ·  Cary, NC
  • Diagnosed fragmented reporting across production, utility, and finance by interviewing site stakeholders and testing a prototype against their priorities. Engineered a unified Power BI model in R across 90+ facilities and achieved genuine cross-functional adoption.
  • Orchestrated adoption of the finished dashboard by building urgency around the cost of disconnected reporting, guiding site teams through hands-on onboarding, and reinforcing usage through standardized reporting cadences.

FedEx Corporation — Green Belt Field Project  ·  Pittsburgh, PA
  • Took ownership of a diagnosis stakeholders needed to trust before they'd act on it: FedEx's at-stop time prediction model was failing 91% of the time during a major operational transformation. Structured the problem with DMAIC across 10,000+ data points and delivered recommendations projected to lift accuracy by 30 percentage points (9% → 39%).
  • Built analytical models in Excel to make the root cause credible to non-technical stakeholders, then synthesized findings into executive-ready presentations that gave cross-functional teams the confidence to act on operational planning decisions.

Jan – Mar 2025
Haemonetics (PA Robotics & Technology Fellow)  ·  Pittsburgh, PA
  • Stepped into a facility with three competing technical opinions on how to cut medical device waste and no consensus. Evaluated three separation technologies, built the financial case (65% waste reduction, $62K+ annual savings against $12K–20K implementation cost), and secured leadership alignment on a phased pilot with defined KPIs.

Pre-MBA Work Experience

Account Manager, Strategy & Operations
Jan 2020 – Jul 2024
Nhance Consulting Engineers Pvt. Ltd.  ·  Hyderabad, India
  • Directed customer account ownership across a $5.5M portfolio of 50+ enterprise AEC accounts, serving as the central point of contact across the full engagement lifecycle. Retained 75% of the portfolio by managing onboarding, usage tracking, renewal forecasting, and proactive account reviews, resolving issues internally before they affected renewal.
  • Spearheaded a change-management initiative that made technology adoption the norm: built a training and reference library and customer-specific onboarding guides as the standard onboarding path for new accounts.
  • Delivered 150+ technical explainer sessions to practicing engineers at Tata Projects, MEIL, and L&T, and structured OEM partnerships with IDEA StatiCa, SDS2, and Allplan that drove $3.5M in joint revenue over three years by aligning partner products to customer workflow gaps.
Senior Design Engineer – Bridges
May 2018 – Jan 2020
Vasuprada Consultants LLP  ·  Greater Hyderabad Area, India
  • Directed a team of four engineers to protect schedule and budget through design, public-agency approval, and delivery of a 20 km, 4-lane urban road project in Maharashtra, managing full structural deliverables and authority submissions worth 12M INR.
  • Designed 20+ minor bridges, underpasses, and 120+ culverts (STAAD.Pro, LUSAS, Midas Civil) across 150+ km of Maharashtra State Highway, then reviewed Civil 3D highway alignment drawings to flag clashes between proposed structures and road geometry before DPR submission to Maharashtra PWD.
  • Redesigned member sizing and load path on a major bridge in Nanded, Maharashtra, saving the contractor approximately $60K in material costs, then automated repetitive design calculations in spreadsheet-based tools, cutting design work hours by 50% across the team.
Senior Design Engineer
Aug 2015 – Oct 2016
Larsen & Toubro ECC — International Division  ·  Greater Chennai Area, India / Dubai, UAE
  • Enabled accurate contractor bidding on a $700M sewage treatment plant scope (Jebel Ali STP, Dubai Municipality) by producing a phase-sequenced civil and structural Bill of Quantities and coordinating technical pre-bid submissions directly with AECOM, the US consultant.
  • Provided structural design support for the $1.5B Umm Al Hayman Waste project and desalination plants in Kuwait and Oman, working to international project standards across a multi-country program out of the UAE office.

Beyond the Resume

🌊
Grew up in a port city.

Grew up in Visakhapatnam, a port city on India’s east coast. Steel plants, shipyards, the navy — industry was everywhere. It’s where I first got curious about how large systems actually work.

🎓
First in my family to earn a degree.

Every project I take on carries a little of that weight — and a lot of that fuel. It's never just a deliverable.

🏗️
I used to calculate how buildings hold up under pressure.

Turns out the same instinct — find the load path, remove the failure point — works on supply chains, cost structures, and broken forecasting models.

🔭
I follow planetary science the way some people follow sports.

There's something clarifying about problems at cosmic scale. It reframes every "impossible" constraint back on Earth.

🌱
The endgame isn't a title.

It's an enterprise that works for the businesses and communities that get overlooked — starting with sustainability. Everything I'm building toward points there.
